When we opened Najib in 2016 we asked ourselves, "What are we going to do with the profit after we pay the bills?" I believe that keeping 100% of profit is short-sighted and I think life is bigger than that. So we made a conscious decision to allocate a portion of every commission we earn throughout the year to the Najib Foundation to help us with our philanthropical purpose. And because of this, this Christmas we are donating food packs to a number of families in need throughout Christchurch.
We have all been given a gift; a gift called consciousness, and what consciousness really means is to care. Consciousness is something that comes from the inside, not the outside. It's not a measurement for anybody else, it is a measurement for ourselves.
