If we don’t secure an approved tenant within 21 days of the agreed strategy, we’ll credit one month of management fees.
If our approved tenant leaves due to tenant-related issues within 6 months, we’ll re-let your property at no extra cost.
If the tenancy goes to Tribunal because of a tenant we approved, we’ll cover the Tribunal application and our attendance or representation.
If we do not acknowledge, assess and update you within one business day when maintenance is reported or identified, we will credit one month of management fees.
If we do not complete your annual rent review and provide a written recommendation every 12 months, we will credit one month of management fees.

Our Inspection & Maintenance Coordinator ensures it’s completed to the highest standard, and keep property owners informed throughout the process. This ensures your property is well-maintained and any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Landlord insurance is crucial as it provides financial protection against a variety of potential risks, including property damage by tenants, loss of rental income, and liability claims. It ensures that you are covered for unforeseen events that could result in significant financial loss, offering peace of mind and safeguarding your investment.
We conduct property inspections 3-monthly, carried out by our dedicated Inspections & Maintenance Coordinator. This allows our property managers to focus on tenant, and landlord enquiries, ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail. This regular inspection schedule helps to identify and address any issues promptly, maintaining the quality and value of your property.
For our Protection Plus Package, the first inspection is carried out within 6-weeks, and from there 3 monthly.
