If we don’t secure an approved tenant within 21 days of the agreed strategy, we’ll credit one month of management fees.
If our approved tenant leaves due to tenant-related issues within 6 months, we’ll re-let your property at no extra cost.
If the tenancy goes to Tribunal because of a tenant we approved, we represent you at no extra charge.
We acknowledge, assess and update you within 1 business day when maintenance is reported or identified.
Every 12 months, we review your rent and provide a written recommendation based on market conditions.

At Najib, we maintain a network of trusted contractors and vendors who handle all maintenance and repair tasks. Our Inspection & Maintenance Coordinator ensures it’s completed to the highest standard, and keep property owners informed throughout the process. This ensures your property is well-maintained and any issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

We conduct property inspections 3-monthly, carried out by our dedicated Inspections & Maintenance Coordinator.
