Tony brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience across property development, corporate operations, and international business. His career has spanned luxury villa and resort development, hospitality ventures, real estate investment, and executive training, providing him with a rare depth of experience across sectors that closely align with the real estate industry.

Academically, Tony holds a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction), a Master’s in Hospitality Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management (with Distinction), and a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours. This academic foundation complements his practical leadership across New Zealand, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

Tony has led high-performance teams and built scalable systems across organisations in diverse markets. At Najib, he plays a key role in driving operational excellence, compliance, and strategic planning across both the sales and property management divisions.

He is passionate about building people as much as businesses, and believes in customer-centric design, values-based leadership, and empowering individuals through structure and clarity.

Based in Christchurch with his wife and two daughters, Tony is committed to helping Najib grow into one of New Zealand’s most respected property brands, built on trust, results, and consistency.
