Gurleen is a dedicated finance professional with a strong background in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and team leadership. Originally from Chandigarh, the capital of Punjab, India, she relocated to New Zealand in 2020 to pursue further studies in Applied Management, arriving just before the COVID-19 lockdown.

She holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Punjab University and has completed the Intermediate Chartered Accountancy certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Gurleen combines strong academic credentials with over six years of hands-on experience, including a leadership role at Offshore Accountants in Chandigarh. There, she oversaw financial operations for Morgan Food Incorporation (MFI), USA—supporting prominent global franchises such as KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut.

Currently based in New Zealand, Gurleen works with Najib Real Estate, where she continues to expand her expertise in finance and accounting. She is actively working toward becoming a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) in New Zealand, aiming to contribute meaningfully to the financial success of the organisations she supports.

Outside of her professional life, Gurleen values time with family and friends and maintains a strong passion for personal and professional development.
