What’s included in the home relocation?

We take charge of moving your household items to your new destination, affording you the luxury to concentrate on other aspects of your move. Your new location must be within the Christchurch or Selwyn District,  explore the Terms and Conditions for details.

What’s included with the cleaning service?

We'll use a professional cleaning service to ensure your home's interior is ready for open homes. There may be more than one open home, so depending on how quickly we sell your home, we'll continue to use the cleaning service for each open home until your home is sold.

What's included with the interior design consultation?

You'll meet with our interior designer who will offer valuable insights to help you maximise your property's value. This includes suggesting improvements to décor and layout to enhance its overall appeal to potential buyers.

What are the fees and commissions involved in selling my Christchurch property with Najib?

At Najib, our fees are competitive, taking into account various factors such as the type and value of the property, the scope of services required, and the current market conditions. The team will provide a detailed understanding of the fees before choosing to sell with us.

Lincoln Homeseller  Package

Eligibility:

The Homeseller Summer Package is exclusively available to homeowners choosing Najib for their property sale in Lincoln. To qualify, the current home you want to sell must be located in Lincoln and the new place you are moving to must also be within the Christchurch or Selwyn district. You must engage Najib for the sale of your home between 10th May 2024 and 31st July 2024. The offer concludes after this period.

To qualify, you must meet the following criteria: 

  • The Home Relocation Service includes coordinating the move of your household items to your new home.  Any relocation costs of household items that exceed $2000 will be the responsibility of the homeowner to pay. The Home Relocation Service does not include packing items, this will need to be organised by the vendors. 
  • The Home Cleaning Service covers a standard cleaning package for the interior of your house. We will request a cleaning service for your open homes. 
  • The Interior Designer Consultation provides recommendations for enhancing the property's appeal. Costs associated with implementing these recommendations are not covered by Najib; however, we can engage our interior designer to help with staging.

Booking and Scheduling:

Participants must inform Najib of their intent to use the complimentary services at the time of listing their property for sale. The services will be handled by the Najib team, subject to availability and coordination with third-party service providers.

Termination or Modification:

Najib reserves the right to terminate or modify the Homeseller Package at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants promptly.

Liability:

Najib is not liable for any loss, or inconvenience incurred by participants in connection with the Homeseller Package or the complimentary services.

Participants are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of their belongings during the relocation process.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Najib operates.

By choosing to participate in the Homeseller Package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Najib reserves the right to interpret, modify, or revoke these terms at its sole discretion.
