About The Reward

We’ll notify you when the referred person has signed the contract to have their home managed with Najib.
Someone from our team will get in touch to assist you for your preferred date to be booked.
To redeem your stay, our team will provide you with your preferred date voucher.
Upon presenting the voucher, the company will assist you.
The one night stay package is valid for two people including breakfast and subject to availability.
The voucher is valid for one year.
Additional charges apply if you want to add more persons.

Terms & Conditions

The referred person must have their property managed with Najib to receive the award.
The reward will be given once the referral has signed the contract to manage their property with Najib.
Free rental appraisals do not count as a referral.
The referred person must have their properties managed in the Christchurch or Selwyn district.
Gift vouchers are non-redeemable.
We do not guarantee your preferred date will be booked. (Subject to availability).
